Having opened in Paris in 2007, as the first office outside of Sweden, Headlight International is currently planning for further expansion. We are actively initialising discussions with entrepreneurial search professionals in major European cities, who have an interest in establishing our concept in their local market.

Ideal candidates will have worked in large international search firms, but feel that they wish to run their own business within search. Instead of starting from scratch, our infrastructure and experience from developing a competitive boutique concept will help you build up a local image visavi the traditional firms.
