Ann-Katrin started her career in executive search in 2000, joining a local French boutique and then moving on to the AMROP Hever Group as a search consultant in their Paris office. Besides working in executive search, she has also been active within CSR Auditing as well as organisational development, being employed in France, Switzerland and Sweden.

Ann-Katrin has worked with senior executive recruitments in most sectors, but mainly for clients within the IT and manufacturing industries.
