Having previously worked in marketing, sales and controlling positions for ten years at SAS and Spendrups Bryggeri AB, Kettil started to work as a recruitment consultant at Ray & Berndtson. In 2002 he joined Headlight International. Kettil has worked with executive search in a number of sectors, mainly for clients within the FMCG, consumer services, media and entertainment and transport services industries.
