Per Svahn has more than fifteen years experience, mainly from senior HR positions with international and technical corporations. Per has management experience from both Swedish and American companies within manufacturing, telecom, IT, construction and professional services. Per has previously worked for companies like Ericsson, Danaher and Avanade.

Per´s career as an executive search consultant began at Accord Group Executive Search and he then joined Headlight International in 2009. His main professional focus is customers within manufacturing, telecom, IT and professional services.
