Pere started a career in executive search in 2004, after a long career in management in the manufacturing, services and life sciences industries. In 2009 he decided to merge the Executive Search activities performed by the company he co-founded, Per+Son Consulting Group, into Headlight International.

Pere has worked with senior executive recruitments in most sectors, but mainly for clients within the FMCG, manufacturing, medical sciences and services industries.
