Sara has worked with Executive Search since 1999. Before joining Headlight International in 2008 she worked in different search firms; InterSearch, EMA Partners and HumaNexus Executive Search.

Previous professional experiences also include Chief Editor at International Data Group (IDG) and Senior Public Relations Consultant at Jerry Bergström AB.

Sara has worked with senior executive recruitments in most sectors, but mainly with focus on Media, IT/Telecom, Life Science and Supply Chain Management.
