Headlight International was founded in 2000 as a new alternative on the Scandinavian executive search market. Today we work closely with Swedish and international companies of all sizes and in all industry sectors.

We focus exclusively on executive search. This methodology means that we, after identifying potential candidates, approach the most qualified individuals for a specific position. Through our structured and qualitative process, we find the most competent and suitable candidates according to our clients’ requests. We do not work with other HR-related services, such as outplacement, advertised selection or management audits.
