The past year has been both unusual and challenging. With so much turmoil around the world – and here at home in Sweden as well – it has sometimes been difficult to see the bright spots. At the same time, we feel deep gratitude for many of the positive developments, which we would like to highlight.
After a sluggish first half of the year, we saw a clear and encouraging shift after the summer, with a fantastic inflow of assignments. Many clients have realized that stability can no longer be awaited – uncertainty has simply become the new normal.
Our network has continued to grow. We have established many new connections and also renewed relationships with long-standing, well-established partners. At the same time, our membership in the global alliance Alto Partners has developed further, and we have had the privilege of helping several Swedish companies find highly skilled search boutiques internationally.
During the year, we have also strengthened our team with Per Svahn. Per worked at Headlight about ten years ago and has now chosen to “come home again” – something we are very happy and grateful for.
We also continue to support Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) in their vital work around the world, which feels especially important in these times. Via the link below, you can watch their film highlighting this year’s efforts.
