Headlight International is focused on executive search. We concentrate on something that we know we are good at and are genuinely interested in; to truly understand which challenges our clients are facing and ensure that we can find and attract candidates who can meet the demanding requirements. Our different concept, where we as consultants personally handle all the contacts during a project, and choose to work only with two parallel assignments in an active phase, has been greatly appreciated. This approach allows us to invest an increased amount of time in each assignment and thereby identify and contact the very best candidates, not only the most available ones. We also invest extra time in the service delivery towards our clients and care about the personal touch in every contact with our candidates and sources.
