We are delighted to welcome a new colleague to the Headlight family: Mats Fogelberg. Mats brings extensive experience from senior leadership positions in professional services, broad board-level expertise, and a strong track record in change management. He also adds specialist expertise in digital transformation, brand development, and strategic communications.
Most recently, Mats served as Director of Communications and Sustainability at Praktikertjänst. Prior to that, he was CEO of several consulting firms specializing in branding and communications, including United Minds (IPG), At Night Studios (UNLTD), and Hill & Knowlton Strategies (WPP). Mats is also Vice Chair and Board Member of Postkodföreningen and has significant experience working with and on behalf of Sweden’s civil society sector.
With his broad background and expertise, Mats will be a valuable addition to our consulting team, and we greatly look forward to working together.
