We are very pleased to announce that Per Svahn has chosen to return to us. Per has approximately ten years of experience as a consultant in Executive Search and was part of Headlight between 2009 and 2013. Most recently, he worked at the executive recruitment firm WES. He also brings extensive experience as an HR Manager in several global companies and organizations, including Ericsson, Danaher, Avanade, and the Red Cross.
In addition, Per has completed multiple interim assignments as an HR Manager in both state-owned and publicly listed companies across finance, life science, and telecom. As a consultant, he has worked across a wide range of industries in both corporate and non-profit environments. Particularly notable is his long-standing experience in technology-intensive sectors such as life science, telecom, IT, energy, and industry.
Per holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Linköping University and a university degree in Energy Technology from Mälardalen University. He is also a certified coach at ACC level according to the ICF.
