Headlight International continues to expand and is happy to announce that Patrik Elfwing has been recruited as a new Partner in Stockholm.
Patrik brings with him 20 years of experience from management positions within the pharmaceutical, sports/outdoor, retail and IT sectors. His last two positions have been as CEO for Private Equity backed companies and he has extensive experience from being both a client and candidate to search firms. Once upon a time recruited by Headlight International, we were an obvious choice for him when he opted for a career as search consultant. Patrik also has a record as non-executive director and is currently on the board of the Swedish Orienteering Association.
