As a follow-up to two of our business colleagues’ appeal in Dagens Industri on International Women’s Day, Headlight also want to communicate our statistics regarding “gender equality”. During the last 12 months, we can state in the attached diagram that it is relatively evenly divided. We always strive to find the best candidates regardless of gender, but we know that it makes a difference when we actively ask our sources to think of female candidates – who may not always have been as visible as their male colleagues.
