We have noticed that our clients are increasingly in need of temporary transformational leaders or temporary, high-quality management solutions. At the same time, there are many candidates in our network who are looking for exciting temporary assignments. We have therefore been able to offer services within interim management with very good results, but so far relatively rarely and always at the customer’s initiative.
