Peter Gullström
FOUNDING PARTNER
Founder of Headlight International. B.Sc. in Business Administration.
Peter Gullström has worked with executive search since 1991. Before founding Headlight International he worked at Korn/Ferry International and Nicholson International. Peter has worked with senior executive and board recruitments in most sectors and for all sorts of clients. Peter was member of AESC’s European Council between 2009 and 2019.
Rebecca Byron Lohk
Partner
Rebecca Byron Lohk has extensive experience in executive recruitment and interim management with a strong focus on Operations, as well as leading and building companies within executive search and interim management. Previously, Rebecca worked on C-level recruitments for both Swedish and international companies across various industries at Amrop and Nicholson International. As one of the founders of Reach, she led the executive search and interim management organization. She is also a co-founder and chairperson of Medsbag, a social entrepreneurship project that has been awarded the SKAPA Prize and reached the finals of the Brilliant Minds Innovation Competition. Rebecca studied behavioral science at Stockholm University.
Magnus Ling
SENIOR ADVISOR
Magnus has a long operative experience at C-level, both as VP Director and later also as CEO. Before joining Headlight, he was the CEO of STF The Swedish Tourist Association for ten years and prior to that he was the Managing Director of Industri- och Kemigruppen within the Confederation of Swedish Industries. He has also been the HR Director for Astra Zeneca Sweden, SAS and Statoil. He has a Master’s degree in International Business and is currently a Non-Executive Director for AB Göta Kanalbolaget.
Christoffer Nordqvist
Senior Advisor
Christoffer Nordqvist has most recently worked as a consultant within organizational and leadership development for Wilford Leadership, but previously spent 20 years in executive search at companies like Accord Group Executive Search and Compass. He is based in Linköping, but works with assignments all over Sweden. Christoffer has worked with senior executive recruitments in most sectors, but mainly for clients in manufacturing industries, IT and Public sector. He has a B.Sc degree in Social Studies.
Per Svahn
Partner
Per has approximately ten years of experience as a consultant in Executive Search and most recently, he worked at the executive recruitment firm WES. He also brings extensive experience as an HR Manager in several global companies and organizations, including Ericsson, Danaher, Avanade, and the Red Cross. In addition, Per has completed multiple interim assignments as an HR Manager in both state-owned and publicly listed companies across finance, life science, and telecom. As a consultant, he has worked across a wide range of industries in both corporate and non-profit environments. Particularly notable is his long-standing experience in technology-intensive sectors such as life science, telecom, IT, energy, and industry. Per holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Linköping University and a university degree in Energy Technology from Mälardalen University. He is also a certified coach at ACC level according to the ICF.
Charlotte Wetterlundh
Partner
Charlotte Wetterlundh joined Headlight International as a Partner in the spring of 2024. She has long and solid experience as an executive search consultant, coach and as an advisor to management groups and boards. For the past 10 years, she has worked at KornFerry with executive search for leading positions for both Swedish and international clients in various industries. Charlotte has a Bachelor of Science in behavioral science and communication from Lund University and is an internationally certified coach (ICF-ACC). She has been a long-standing member of the jury for Sweden’s most prominent leadership award, Leader of the Year.
Tina Kindvall
Office manager
Tina Kindvall is the office manager of Headlight International from January 2022.
Tina has extensive experience of service, administration and marketing and previously worked at White & Case Advokat AB. Prior to that, she spent many years at Svenska McDonald’s head office in different roles, from receptionist to marketing assistant.
